Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 60 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email or by any other clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from non-standard delivery), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return.

Return of goods

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
